The Toast of Brighton & Hove uses a courier service and whilst every effort is made to meet next day delivery requests, on occasions the couriers fail to meet this service, sometimes due to remote area deliveries or where addresses are unable to be found. However, 98% of our deliveries are met with Next Day delivery requests. Delivery excludes week-ends and bank holidays.
Returns/Refunds
If you are unhappy with any of our champagnes, please contact us at: enquiries@toastchampagne.co.uk and a full refund will be considered. If some or all of the bottles of champagne in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
Availability
On occasions it may be that your choice of Champagne or gift pack is out of stock we apologise if this is the case, we make every effort possible to make sure that all our products that are advertised are kept in stock.

We will not disclose any of your details to any third party. We may collect your IP address and use cookies, which is required only for the shopping basket and not for tracking. We collect information about you so that we can personalise your use of the site, assist your use of the site and improve the site generally.
