Vinified using the ' l'addition ' method and produced from a subtle blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from the first pressing. The palate is full-bodied with a crisp elegance.
The fresh fruit flavours make this Champagne the perfect summer aperitif. However, it also goes well with fruit based desserts and selected cheeses.
