Gold medal winner in the Decanter World Wine Awards 2007. Pale yellow in colour with silvery glints and exceptionally fine and abundant bubbles which are lively and lasting. The nose is reminiscent of mineral aromas with a delicate fragrance of white blossom, with overtones of fresh almonds and vanilla.
